Greater health is a choice.

Ideally, finding and maintaining this ever changing balance – of body, emotions, and mind; work, play, and rest; family, friends, and self – should be your priority. But the endless stresses and countless pressures of the daily grind make this simple goal difficult. That is, even if you really know to eat better, exercise more, sleep earlier, smile easier. And, of course, unfortunate accidents and injuries do occur as well.

Habits are hard, but not impossible, to change. However, you must begin with action – the intention to do something positive – now. This means owning, rather than avoiding, the responsibility to do what is required to enhance your life. The first step is up to you.

My role is to support your decision to help yourself through investing in fuller health. My method is to apply Chinese medicine as a holistic way for you to stay in balance. My sincere hope and ongoing effort is to offer you optimal health through quality care.
